- GoDrive Albania does not guarantee availability
4. Payments
- Payments may be made directly to the owner or through the platform
- GoDrive Albania may charge a commission
5. Responsibilities
- The renter is responsible for vehicle use
- The owner is responsible for vehicle condition
- GoDrive Albania is not liable for damages, accidents, fines, or disputes
6. Cancellations
- Cancellation policies are set by the owner
- Refunds are not guaranteed
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- commit fraud
- engage in illegal activities
- harm the platform
8. Limitation of Liability
GoDrive Albania acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for:
- vehicle condition
- user behavior
- damages or losses
