1. Rules for Renters
To rent a vehicle through GoDrive Albania, the customer must hold a valid driving license and meet any conditions set by the vehicle owner. The minimum rental age may vary depending on the vehicle and the owner’s requirements.
The customer must use the vehicle carefully, only for lawful purposes, and in full compliance with road traffic rules. The vehicle may not be used by unauthorized drivers and must not be used in any improper, dangerous, or illegal manner.
The customer is responsible for any damage, fine, penalty, late return, or issue that occurs during the rental period when such damage or issue results from the customer’s use of the vehicle. In the event of an accident, damage, or technical issue during the rental, the customer must notify the vehicle owner immediately.
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and, as far as reasonably possible, in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any security deposit, if required, is determined by the vehicle owner and must be clearly communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation and refund policy may be determined by the vehicle owner or by the booking terms shown on the platform. Customers must carefully review the applicable terms before making a reservation. In cases of no-show or cancellation outside the permitted period, a refund may not apply.
Platform Liability
GoDrive Albania acts solely as an intermediary platform between renters and vehicle owners. GoDrive Albania is not the owner of the vehicles listed on the platform and is not responsible for the physical condition of any vehicle, the accuracy of any listing, user behavior, damages, accidents, fines, or disputes that may arise between the parties.
By using the platform, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Rules for Vehicle Owners
Owners listing vehicles on GoDrive Albania must ensure that their vehicle is legally registered, insured, and in good technical condition for rental use. Owners are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle, including real photos, correct descriptions, pricing, availability, and any additional rental conditions.
Owners are responsible for the condition of the vehicle before delivery to the customer, the validity of all required documentation, and compliance with any legal obligations related to their vehicle. A listed vehicle must not be presented in a false, misleading, or inaccurate manner.
The customer is responsible for any damage, misuse, fine, penalty, or issue arising during the rental period as a result of the customer’s use of the vehicle. In the event of damage or dispute, responsibility shall be determined based on the specific circumstances and the party at fault.
Owners must communicate with customers in a timely manner, honor confirmed bookings, and keep their vehicle information updated on the platform.
Platform Rights
GoDrive Albania reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any listing or user account if it identifies inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate content, or any breach of the platform’s rules.
GoDrive Albania may apply a commission to bookings completed through the platform, in accordance with the platform’s applicable terms.
Platform Liability
GoDrive Albania acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for damages, accidents, customer behavior, vehicle use, disputes between parties, or any loss arising from the relationship between the owner and the customer.
By using the platform, the owner agrees to these terms.
